With PowerServices TelPac card or PowerServices TelPac module you provide a complete MGE devices connection via an internal high speed analogue modem. No need of external modem. PowerServices TelPac card allows you to concentrate information coming from several devices (up to 8), detect critical events and alert our Services department.
These card and module are only proposed with our Teleservice RTC service.

This card has one USB communication port, on which can connected:

• one monitoring software included in Solution-Pac

• one Power Management software as the Power Management of Microsoft Windows 2000.

This card has two DB9 ports.
One Basic port:

• provides UPS status via voltage free contacts (AS400 type)

• monitors a remote power off signal, compatible with Power

Management from Windows NT.
One Remote Power Off/Basic port:

• monitors a remote power off contact

• or operates as the Basic port

The Basic status information are as follows:

• Battery fault,

• Operation on mains (not on battery),

• Operation on automatic by-pass,

• Low battery,

• Load protected

Provides two communication ports that may be configured for:

• U-Talk (serial link): Lets you use the advanced functions of Solution-Pac and Management-Pac power management software.

• Basic (AS400-type dry contacts): A simple means to forward the following UPS information to a remote location: load on battery, load on bypass, low battery shutdown warning, load powered by UPS.

This card has 2 independent RS232 communication ports, on which can be connected:

• one monitoring software included in Solution-Pac,

• one remote control panel UPScontrol.

This card:

• Controls six output relays depending on the operating status of the UPS.

• Receives signals on the two SELV imputs (this function is available only in the progamme mode).

The following information is transmitter:

• relay 1: General alarm,

• relay 2: Battery fault,

• relay 3: Load protected,

• relay 4: Load on automatic by-pass,

• relay 5: Load on battery power,

• relay 6: Low-battery warning.

Connects the UPS to a building management system via a JBus/ModBus network.
