Technology Advanced communication via USB and serial port
USB and Serial port 2 cables supplied for USB & Serial mode	The Pulsar ellipse UPS uses an HID type communications protocol, the new standard for computer peripherals. The USB or Serial port is used to forward the necessary UPS information, including backup time, battery status and alarms to a computer.
	The Pulsar ellipse USBS models are certified by the USB Implementers Forum and are integrated automatically in Windows 2000 (Hot Plug-and-Play function)
