INTRODUCES NEW RANGE OF DATA CABINETS FROM OPTRONICS.

Europe Plc, the Milton Keynes-based distributor of structured cabling and
networking accessories has announced a new range of Data Cabinets from
manufacturer Optronics.
Optronics Platinum Range
The new Platinum range of Optronics Cabinet is designed to meet the needs of
both Data Centre Manager and Installer.
The contemporary appearance coupled with time saving features and a flexible
solution to the problems of thermal management makes it the ideal cabinet for
Data Room use.
Thermal management is achieved by the positioning of 19” fans trays near to any
hot spot to increase the airflow around sensitive equipment. The unique design
of the roof fan tray allows warm air to be dissipated from the cabinet whilst
not compromising cable entry. In addition to fan trays Server Cabinets are
fitted with stylish fully vented doors to allow an increase in airflow from the
front to the rear of the cabinet.
Ease of access and cable management is paramount in the design of the cabinet.
All around accessibility is provided by fully removable doors and side panels
which allow the installation of even the most difficult of connections. 800mm
wide cabinets are supplied with two additional cable channels that ensure the
professional installation and management of cable.
Also included for data room use is a range of Wall Boxes available in 6, 9, 12
and 15U and depths of 450 and 600mm. The range all have removable side panels,
complete with locks which allow easy access to the sides and rear of the
equipment.
